Hi, I'm Lauren. I am deeply passionate about helping people build the lives & businesses they want.
How do we do that here at Courage Core? By providing transformational mindset coaching & practical (no BS) business trainings & mentorship.
I created Courage Core Collective because after 4 years coaching & mentoring hundreds of entrepreneurs (in a wide range of niches), I was tired of seeing the hierarchical (slightly pyramid shaped) online business space and I decided to create the space that I wanted to see....

➳ Recording artist, songwriter & producer creatively known as Lauren Ray. I have independently funded and project managed the release of 3 Albums, 1 EP, extensively touring the UK & Europe. I have secured press and radio support and had my music featured on prominent TV shows & movies.
➳ 10+ years in the music industry, working at Warner Music UK (Manager) and PPL (Account Manager)
➳ I am on the FAC BEAT Board, a younger advisory Board to the FAC which has provided a voice to a new generation of artists and performers.
Online Business Experience:
➳ In addition to running my music business as an artist, songwriter & producer, I have been running my coaching businesses full time since late 2020. Courage Core has been my main platform since 2020 and then in February 2024 I launched a new business specifically tailored to the music industry (which, if you're curious you can check out here).
➳ I have been working with hundreds of business owners in a wide variety of niches, helping them to set up and grow their own online businesses. Teaching everything from offer creation, messaging, marketing & sales and most importantly - MINDSET.
